Our Caregivers
The goal of Links of Compassion is to have a reputation for hiring the highest caliber caregivers. We let all that we do be done with love!
Registered nurse owned and operated Links of Compassion goal is to be the link between our patients we serve with the best personalized health plans and community resources to address personal, medical, mental, social and spiritual needs. Our main focus is on offering an effective alternative to inpatient hospitalizations.
Our job is to support and educate both our client and their family members about their disease, treatments, and most importantly, how to monitor and identify early signs and symptoms of possible complications. We pride ourselves in making a difference in providing the care you need, when and where you need it.
Selecting the Best Caregiver for Your Needs
Matching you with the right caregiver is an art, and we are very good at it. This is our profession and we are continually hiring caregivers for our new clients. Perhaps more than in any other way, having an in-home Caregiver is where you “get what you pay for.” Some people call us shopping for the lowest price. We can be the low-cost provider for you, but the quality of Caregiver will match the price.
We Carefully Screen & Hire All of Our Caregivers
Our caregivers are W2 employees, not contractors. We conduct criminal background checks and verify employment references that helps us check for kindness, honesty and conscientiousness.
If you don’t want to deal with the liabilities of hiring a private caregiver, let us do the hiring, training, supervising and paying of your caregiver. On top of that, we provide insurance coverage to cover any damages our caregivers might inadvertently cause in your home. We take all the risk — so you can focus on the Caregivers taking good care of you or your loved one.
We’re committed to providing the HIGHEST quality care!
We pride ourselves in hiring people for their compassion, experience, and flexibility. But we know this isn’t all it takes to provide the best care possible. Caregivers also need excellent skills and competency in care — and that comes from excellent training.
Why does training matter?
- Trained caregivers provide the highest quality of care to you or your loved one
- Trained caregivers know how to recognize when medical care is needed
- Trained caregivers can help their clients avoid injury around the home
A caregiver who is specifically trained in his or her job will provide a consistent, higher level of quality care.
